The room was lovely, well equipped with everything a traveller may need. I appreciated a comfortable bed and window blinders, it was quiet and cosy. Everything in the room worked well, it was warm in November. Another important thing was a great host who gave clear instructions on how to check in and out and was flexible with time. Many thanks!

Great communication from Nicolas. All information was super clear and timely. Nicolas is very friendly too. The room was perfect for my purposes. Large desk, quiet room. Comfortable bed. Nice to have my own bathroom. Loads of nice little details and attentions, like the coffee, the water, the snack. The area is lovely as well, I was able to run on the bicycle track and get some fresh air. The parking spot was appreciated, of course. The value for money alone warrants the 10/10 rating. :)

A lovely room with a private bathroom. Everything was clean and tidy. Situated in a quiet area and parking available right in front of the building. There was coffee, tea, little snacks and water available which was really nice; also a fridge, a microwave and an electric kettle. The owner was friendly and was very quick to respond to messages.

It was clean and accessible, we could park our car at the door so that was convenient. Check in was very easy and a comfy bed.
