The pool and beach and the added benefit of all inclusive makes a holiday really enjoyable. You know that you dont have to spend any more money. The beach was easy to access.

“The worst experience of my life!”

The hotel is completely neglected. Everything there is old: walls peeling, plugs falling from the wall, carpets stained and smelly. Elevators not working, slides not operating, everything that you can imagine was either broken or lacked in maintenance. Everywhere in the hotel smells bad: corridors, lobby, stairways, rooms. The AC does not work in the room. The food is absolutely terrible. There was not a single dish that was at least acceptable. I’ve never been in a place so bad and not worth the money. The staff was the only ok part of the stay. I guess they are used to unhappy guests, I didn’t see a single person not complaining about something. I’ll never go back to this place, nor recommend it. It was the worst choice of my life in terms of hotel.

“Wonderful short stay”

Location was excellent. Dead sea gorgeous with good facilities chairs and shade. Pool lovely but not heated and slides not open whilst we were there (off season). Desk staff friendly and helpful especially Angel. Liat the booking.com coordinator sent us a nice gift to the room wine etc which was a lovely touch and was in contact to ensure all well during and after the stay thank you. Our room faced the sea gorgeous view and balcony. Food was plentyfull and tasty. Overall a wonderful short stay will definitely come again.

The all-inclusive experience was great for our family with little kids. We enjoyed unlimited access to buffet meals, snacks, and beverages throughout the day - popsicles by the pool were a big hit with the kids. The hotel had water slides that were enjoyed by the older kids. There was a small kiddie pool for the little ones. The hotel was situated right by the beach - we didn't have to cross streets or anything.

Shlomit was extremely helpful, hospitable and pleasant - always there to help for anything you need. Many kudos to her!🙏 Hotel itself is amazing if you want a place to rest without a care in the world. Clean, a lot of food everywhere and at all times 😀

the seperate room for the bed, air con works great and theres also one in the room. staff are great. the arcade area is fun and the drink and cocktails were a delight.
