We were a large family group, with members aged 4 months to 81 years, and everyone had what they needed for a great weekend together. The staff helped us set up a table for 19 for our meals, and were attentive and helpful. The rooms were great, the pool and spa fantastic, the live entertainment in the evening was wonderful, the kids' club well-equipped, and for those who wanted to go down to the sea it was just a short walk. The price was eminently reasonable. Highly recommended.

Everything was good overall: the staff was as polite as one would expect, the meals were plentiful with a good variety of choices, the rooms are clean and pleasant, and the pools are spacious enough.

The hotel has a wonderful spa center. There is an outdoor pool, a slide for children, and a nice relaxation area. The spa itself is equipped with a warm pool with water from the Dead Sea, a warm regular pool, a sauna, and a gym. Massages are available for an additional fee. Overall, the spa was very enjoyable, as even in cold weather you can fully experience all the pleasures of the Dead Sea. A special thanks to Oleg, a very pleasant and polite spa staff member. He was very helpful throughout our stay, explained all the facilities, and was extremely kind. However, the Russian woman with black hair who works at the spa was very arrogant and unpleasant. We were lucky to encounter her only on the last day. We also heard negative reviews about her from other hotel guests. Also, there is a staff member at the reception named Karina. She was friendly, but she didn’t provide us with much information about the hotel, so we had to find out most things on our own.

Some staff were brilliant, such as the pool helpers, dining wait staff and supervisors The room was large, clean and the bed was very comfortable The location in EIn Bokek is also brilliant, so close to the Dead Sea. The food and dining was a stand out - so many options!

The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, and the restaurant offers a variety of dishes.

Staff were great - Schachar at check-in was very friendly and professional. Fabulous breakfast and supper. Shuttle to the nearby beach. Room and bed were perfectly comfortable, great furnishings - I was happy with everything at the hotel.

I liked the cleanliness and size of the rooms, the excellent breakfast and dinner, and the prompt service at the front desk upon check-in.

“Great stay on the Dead Sea”

Excellent hotel on the Dead Sea, beautiful garden and swimming pool, huge and delicious breakfast buffet, clean and comfortable room with an extremely comfortable bed/mattress and a stunning view of the Dead Sea and the desert mountains. The beach is very close and easily accessible. Spacious parking.
