“Good Stay with Room for Improvement”

The staff were nice and friendly. The dining hall was clean, and the food was good. The pool is well maintained, and the water is clean. There is free parking located under the hotel, which is very convenient. The room (suite) was okay. The location is good — not too far and not too close to the main attractions such as the malls and beaches.

The room was big, close to a supermarket and one lady in reception was nice. They also had a shelter on the floor which was great

“Nice renovated hotel”

We only stayed here for one night before crossing the boarder from Israel to Jordan. Our room was lovely and spacious, modern, clean and with a small fridge and a kettle. The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was abundant with lots of options to chose from. There is free parking on site.

The staff is excellent. The hotel is clean .and ok. It is pitty that the basic spa is not free.

Good value

When we had our first contact after making the reservation it became clear that the room was going to be a bit small for our needs, and we were offered - and accepted - a complimentary upgrade to a small suite. This was very helpful and much appreciated! We also really liked all of the efforts made to provide activities / entertainment for families with children. (It is not relevant for us at this stage, however it was great to see.)

“Overall pleasant stay”

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Patricia at the front desk. Food was good, there was plenty of variety. Highly recommend getting a room with a pool view balcony if you are spending Shabbat there or planning on staying in the hotel.

Staff was friendly

Have stayed here before, but that was quite some time ago, so actually surprised that nothing really how changed that much - so, the room felt quite familiar, but a bit outdated. Having said that, overall was really satisfied - the room was very spacious (with separate compartment for bedroom, and likely was the most basic room type they have) and bed was more comfy for sleep than the first glance might suggest. Almost perfect location - very close to bus station (if luggage can be carried at all, no need for taxi) and reasonably close to everything else. Breakfast standard Israeli stuff, but good. Will consider staying again.

“Warmly recommend for families”

The staff was brilliant from A to Z. Jeff from Reservations, Patricia from Reception and Adel (I think) from Lobby. As well the Dining room responsible was extra service oriented. But...Again...from A to Z...Everyone was always smiling and willing to help

Rooms very old fashioned. Shower very mold and need renovation . Bed's not much comfortable. Food almost same, not much variety in the evening.

The location was very good for us. Some people might prefer a hotel on the beach but we weren't interested in that. We didn't have the breakfast.
