Excelente location. The rooms are very comfortable. It was a lightly nosy in the room for the A/C, but as the personal was really good, when I told them about it they said that, as a solution they gave me two hours more for the check out, and also a present when I left the hotel. The breakfast was excelente, only the coffee wasn’t good one. When I arrived the check in was a slow, I think they can improve it. The place is beautiful.

The hotel is lovely. my room was upgraded which was nice and they bought me a platter of fruit. Someone called every day to see if there was anything they could do or if I needed anything.

Dear Management, Following my recent stay at Herods Eilat, I would like to share my comments and observations. Unfortunately, the frequent use of mobile phones by certain staff members negatively affects the image of the hotel. At the security desk at the hotel entrance, on two separate occasions I asked for information. The staff member was on his mobile phone and did not make any eye contact, as he was too busy looking at his screen. This creates a poor first impression. At the reception desk, however, I experienced no issues. The team is professional and clearly knows their job well. (For your information, I worked for 18 years as a Reception Manager in Eilat.) Housekeeping is very efficient and responds well to guests’ requests. The room was clean and well maintained. I would like to congratulate the dining room checker. I tested the service at dinner, and she clearly knows her job very well. She is not afraid to leave her desk to personally accompany guests to the buffet and provide detailed explanations. This is excellent marketing and customer service. The breakfast buffet is satisfactory. However, once again, I noticed staff at the egg station using their mobile phones when there was no pressure. This does not reflect the level of professionalism expected in a hotel of this standard. The restaurant restrooms were in a very poor condition throughout our entire stay. The cleanliness was truly below standard and requires immediate attention. The pool area is impeccable. However, once again, the issue of mobile phone usage arises. It is possible to enter or exit toward the beach without any control, as the staff member does not pay attention to who is coming and going due to being occupied with his phone. This is truly a shame, as the hotel has many strong points and great potential, but these repeated issues affect the overall guest experience. It was a wonderful and unique experience. The location, reception, cleanliness, breakfast—everything was excellent. Everyone at the hotel strives to serve you and meet your needs. The best thing I noticed was the hotel team's attention to my impression after I checked into my room. They called every day to ensure my satisfaction and that I didn't need anything extra. You can use a special hotel app to request anything you need, and your request is fulfilled within minutes, despite the large number of guests. I definitely wouldn't hesitate to repeat the experience.

Lovely spacious hotel, good room with lovely sea views. Very good main restaurant with excellent buffet. Very good quality and value Italian restaurant. Plenty of room around the pool and broken up into small and large areas so choose if you want company or solitude.

The hotel was excellent — friendly service, professional staff, and very quick responses on WhatsApp. The room was comfortable and the stay was enjoyable.

The location is great; the view from the room is beautiful. I actually liked the retro design, although very kitsch here and there (Las Vegas vibe). The hotel staff seemed to try their best.

Everything. Especially, Rinat, The shift manager, who showed excellent servicability and kindness. All the staff members were very nice and hekpful, but Rinat especially, was above them all.

The location is exceptional with breathtaking view. The facilities are top notch with the food and service beyond the expectations. The attention to details is perfect. I stayed in Herods several times in past. Every time I concluded my visit as spotless and absolutely satisfying. This time again I was more than happy with everything. There are planty of good hotels, but the only really good ones stand out by being able to maintain consistently top quality in everything. That's why in my opinion Herods is above the rest, and I will come again. And by the way the value for money is excellent.
