Dear Booking.com Customer Service, I am writing to formally request a refund regarding my recent booking for a 2-bedroom villa intended for 4 adults. During our stay, I was asked by the hotel to pay an additional 350 ILS because my minor 11 years old son accompanied us. Despite this extra charge, no additional facilities or services were provided for him. He stayed in the same villa and slept on the sofa, which was in poor condition—dusty and unclean. I had specifically requested a non-smoking environment when making the booking. However, smoking was prevalent throughout the property and people were smoking everywhere, which created an unhealthy atmosphere, especially for my son who suffers from asthma. Unfortunately, after sleeping on the dusty sofa and being exposed to smoke, he developed a cough. Additionally, my son was not allowed to use a swimming pool tube, even though other children were using similar tubes in the pool. This inconsistent treatment was disappointing and added to our overall negative experience. Given that: I was charged an extra 350 ILS without receiving any additional service or facility, The non-smoking request was not honored, The room conditions were unhygienic and impacted my son's health, And the hotel enforced inconsistent and unfair rules, I believe a refund is justified. I kindly request that you investigate this matter and process an appropriate refund. I am happy to provide any additional details or documentation if required. It's a convenient place to stay in Eilat for a family, nothing more, nothing less. It was clean, everything worked, there was parking, everything was as expected. We got our room upgraded though, without even asking for it, and also got a free family lunch in a pool cafeteria as a gift, that was unexpected and nice!

Great hotel for the price. The rooms were clean, housekeeping was regular, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s not a luxury place, but overall everything was comfortable and well maintained. The location is excellent if you’re traveling by car — quiet and away from the city, with a beach and restaurants nearby. There’s also convenient parking inside the property.

When we arrived we got a free upgrade to a VIP room, with jacuzzi. We also got some more small surprises, and one big- free tickets to a super performance in the twin hotel - club hotel. The staff went out of their way to make us comfirtable. It was an amazing vacation. Recommabding to late checkout feature.

The breakfast was excellent! Very pleasant, polite, and helpful staff. Cozy, shaded area with a large convenient parking lot, clean swimming pool, barbecue area, and an on-site store — everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay.
