Absolutely fantastic stay and experience at this accommodation. The hotel felt lived-in and experienced, compared to the newer hotel resorts nearby and in the "Hotels Zone" area of town. The reception staff were just so friendly and welcoming, and I so appreciated the accommodation of my request for a view from my room - they went above and beyond my expectations to give me an excellent room and view! The breakfast choice was just huge, the largest I've ever seen in any accommodation I've stayed at, and my overall experience here was just fantastic. Thank you for an amazing stay in Eilat!

Location

When I was making my hotel reservation, I mentioned that it would be my birthday. The hotel kindly acknowledged this and upgraded my booking, so instead of a standard room I received a spacious room with a jacuzzi, which was a wonderful surprise. I also received a bottle of Cava. The housekeeping service was excellent: the towels were changed every day, and upon our request they even replaced the bathrobes. Breakfast was generally good, with a nice selection of cheeses, egg dishes, and fresh vegetables. However, I would have appreciated a wider variety of fish options, as tuna was the only one available. The drink selection could also be improved, since there were no juices offered. Overall, the stay felt very comfortable and thoughtful, and I truly appreciated the level of care and attention the hotel provided.

The location was great! 10 min walk to the mall and the beach, near the bus station to the city and the central bus station. The staff was friendly and really helpful. The breakfast was great. Will definitely visit there in my next visit.

Very good service, clean

I was overall very impressed with the hotel, from the moment we arrived until our departure we thurely enjoyed our stay. If you are looking for a good value for money hotel then stay here. Its close enough to tye beach, only tool us about 10 min to walk down there. And if you get the right room, then you can get a nice view of the sea etc. I would like to thank Eida who works at the hotel for being so helpful.

“Perfect family stay in the centre of Eilat”

Facilities a bit dated but well-maintained and clean. Staff were professional and helpful. Pool area was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was superb in the Israeli style: vast assortment of items, cheeses, breads, fish, salads, waffles, pancakes, etc. Hotel is in a very convenient location, on a popular strip with dozens of food and shopping options in walking distance. Beach / coastal hotel area and mall is a 15 minute walk across some busy boulevards.

The location is great, close to the center and beach area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Great value for the money.

The pool the breakfast

Our room was located above the pool. The noise was unbearable. There was no normal cereal nor granola during breakfast. The coffee was disgusting. The eggs were not real eggs but egg powder. The air-conditioning in the lobby and dining room was much too cold!!!

The balcony, it is not worth the room upgrade

The food was good. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The place was clean. We got a huge family room. We were worried we wouldn't find parking but that was fine too.
