everything was fine, especially for this price and at this time in Eilat (which is generally overpriced). The owner is nice and friendly. There is a parking which is rather crowded but you can find a place. There is a small garden where you can have a cup of coffee in the morning. The apartment was rather new and they, seems, reconstructed it from the garage :)
