If you're traveling by car, check the cruise ship schedule so you can stay when the view is not obstructed.

“Great location, great breakfast but some issues with the room”
The location is great - the hotel is right by the fjord in Eidfjord with a great view. There is a car park right next to the hotel and you are right in the village with direct access to all its amenities. The breakfast was also very good - a wide choice in the buffet of high quality food. The room was a great size with 2 windows and should have been a good room - but see comments below.
