A nice stay, more similar to a hostel then a guesthouse - a big one, two floors, many rooms, many people, big kitchen. Big parking area, easy to find and easy to self-check-in.

Everything was clean. The bathrooms are spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The beds are very comfortable, and communication with the host was smooth and pleasant throughout the stay.

Good location (can walk to resturants etc). Plenty of free parking. Good kitchen - multiple people can cook / clean at the same time. Toilets & showers were clean. 5 person family room was a good size.

“Perfect accommodation for larger groups – clean, comfortable, and well equipped”
We had a very pleasant stay at Lyngás Guesthouse and were very satisfied with everything. The accommodation was very clean and well maintained, which we really appreciated. There were plenty of showers and toilets available, making the stay comfortable even for multiple guests. The kitchen was excellently equipped and we had everything we needed during our stay. We also appreciated the comfortable beds and the free parking available right by the guesthouse. Another great advantage is the convenient location — there is a gas station nearby as well as the Bonus grocery store, which was very practical for us. Overall, we highly recommend Lyngás Guesthouse and would gladly stay here again in the future.

“Excellent shared kitchen and good location for exploring the surrounding area”
Shared kitchen facilities were excellent. Plenty of space in the fridge, with a glass door to easily find your stuff. Nice eating area. Friendly staff. Good location for exploring the area. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Beds were comfortable, the curtains kept out the sunlight and we therefore slept quite well.

The only thing we didn't like is the late check in hour.On every hotel/guesthouse worlwide the check in starting hour is 12.00-14.00 and after that.So check in starting at 17.00 could be a little discomforting for some.
