Great location. Nice house, clean and tidy. Housekeeper/owner answered quickly to all our questions. Good facilities in the kitchen (no microwave, didn’t bother us). Two toilets, good for a bigger family / group. Stunning views from terrace and upstairs bedrooms windows (mountain, sea). Nice surroundings. Beautiful beach just a couple hundreds meters away.

“Comfortable house on the edge of Eggum, good location”
We had a lovely stay at this property. It has been newly done and was modern. The kitchen was well equipped. The access to the beach was really easy and you could have a good long walk along them. We also walked the other way (turning left from the property) to the keep (war fort) and round to the sculpture of the head and a small lake. It was a pleasant easy and flat walk. Despite the fact we visited in August we were very lucky as well to see a fantastic aurora display while we were there right from the beach and the veranda with the mountain behind as a wonderful back drop. We managed some good day trips and felt it was a good position on the Lofoten Islands to stay for a few days.
