It was located in a nice location and near Åre. It was clean and fresh. Good for cosy and quality family time if you have limited budget or don't want to spend a lot of time in front of hotel TV's or on the phone (no internet in rooms).

Had the place practically alone, nice clean room with wc shower, huge kitchen to cook in and right next to the trails. The lounge areas were spacious, more so as it was very quiet. Awesome food at the hotel Köja right next door as as well!
