“Lovely environment but nobody speaks English”
The place is lovely, but I have not actually seen any of the rooms as my reservation was canceled due to an overbooking issue. Regardless, the manager helped me with an apartment to stay the night, as there were no other places available in the city at the time. The other place was clean and organized. The outdoor environment was lovely.

Nice view of the lake from public areas - but the busy main road in front of the hotel made it hard to access.

Hotel has really nice garden at the backyard for relax or drink. Rooms are renovated and it is by the lake. It has also restaurant and offers alkoholic drinks.

Location beautiful. Busy bar and restaurant and suiting a young crowd. Ideal location for the purpose of our trip to see local sights.

“no wifi, no hot water, blackouts”
first time we ran away from a hotel after one night even if we booked 2. there was no wifi in the room, there was no hot water all the time, even if the staff were saying that 'there will be'. at 10pm there was a blackout, so the hotel started using some outside power generator which kept us awake for 2 hours. the walls are very thin, you could hear it everywhere and it sounded louder than a truck engine. we asked for our money back for the second night, but the hotel refused cause 'no hot water and no wifi it not a valid reason to cancel and the thing with generator wont happen again'. if they have a massive generator it happens often enough. The restaurant is really nice, food was great, staff tried to help us, but the hotel part of it is a misunderstanding.

“Accomodation with amazing view to Van lake”
Very cool hotel with big bar and very nice atmosphere. It has beatiful view to the Van lake. Nice garden. I definitely recommend.
