“Warm and welcoming”
It is an older apartment but it is well kept and decorated with good taste. We found everything we needed for our overnight stay. The place was very clean and welcoming. The apartment is located close to restaurant and gas station. We really enjoyed our stay and it costed less than any motel in Edmundston.

Location, quiet, free parking, easy entry. Place to myself, big tv in bedroom!!!!, colors and personal painting work. Big fridge, hot water came fast, toiletteres supplied.

“Awful”
False Advertising: Day before arrival, address was given. At approx 3 pm host texted me with a different address. Since I was driving I could not use phone. I arrived at original address to find out it was wrong. Luckily host was outside and led the way to to a crappy little apartment, that smelled of smoke and was very noisy. I got no sleep.

This is a quaint little apartment with a kitchen in which a simple meal could be created. The bed is comfortable and the street is peaceful so sleeping was easy. The shower was great!

“Overall we were very happy with out stay, just wish there had been a fan.”
There was no breakfast and the location was easy to find. It was a very hot night and this made it uncomfortable to sleep. In the evening we had the door open which helped cool the place but it got very hot at night despite the air conditioning.

“Good for an overnight stop”
It's a decent little apartment for an overnight stop. Having a full kitchen was nice. There's not a lot on offer in the immediate neighbourhood, so being able to prepare simple meals there was useful. It's not beautiful, but it's clean. Also, pets are allowed (with surcharge). We were travelling with our dog, so that was a big factor in booking here.
