I was move from room because no air was working they move me to a room that had a light out side the room window that just kept coming on and off with no way to close curtains experience was not good explained it to staffin morning and was not even offered a refund. I have stayed there a lot .but will not be spending any more money extremely disappointed to this day got no feed back from management there
