Stay was fantastic. We had to change our plans last minute and Larry and Diana allowed us to check in super early. We had wonderful conversations over breakfast and felt very comfortable in their friendly home. Location was walking distance for us to West Edmonton Mall and easy uber to Downtown. Was a great last couple of days of our three week trip.

“Cozy and warm traditional B & B. What a treat!”
Staying here was so lovely! The hosts made my stay super cozy as if I was at home. Mmmm... breakfast! What a treat!

“A great stay with wonderful hosts and breakfast”
The bed is super comfortable. The breakfast, both the range and the quality, is Exceptional (best pancakes ever!) The hosts are super friendly and always willing to assist. The bedroom is very well and nicely fitted. Easy parking at their driveway or on the street. Nice neighbourhood. We had a great time at this property.

“Would stay again in a heart beat”
I liked everything and the breakfast was amazing it honestly felt like a home away from home. I will stay again and have no issues recommending this bed and breakfast to anyone. The owners were welcoming and they really take care of the home and the guest.

“Good location and friendly hosts.”
A true bed and breakfast. Shared shower room but has own toilet and hand basin. Great breakfast and Diana and Larry couldn't do enough for us. Very comfy bed! Easy parking. Only 10 to 15 min walk to West Edmonton Mall if that's your thing.

Diana and Larry are fabulous, experienced, and welcoming hosts that truly treat you like family. To say they're accommodating is an understatement, and the breakfast they make is delicious (they have a menu for you to choose from!). The room we stayed in was clean, spacious and comfortable. They thoughtfully and intentionally re-invest in their home to make the stay special and optimal for every guest. Would happily stay here again!

Quiet, peaceful environment and good experience of staying. Hosts are very kindful and have lovely pets. If you like chatting with people and do not have cynophobia it is a very good option to visit.

“Pleasant B&B with excellent breakfast”
The breakfast was very nice. The shower was modern and the hosts were friendly. Parking was easy outside the homestay and the spaces were as described and on the pictures. It is located in a quiet area but a short drive from other places (e.g. West Edmonton Mall).
