The location was my priority #1, as I had to reach some location by foot early in the morning. The parking spot on the overflow parking was a pleasant surprise!

Very unpleasant stay. It's not a Hotel but an appartment, so noone to welcome you, you're on your own. Also, after you booked they ask you to provide 100$ more and an ID. They will not let you in before you send them that information, that was not asked in the first place, they don't care if it's -20°C outside. You have no idea you are talking to on the phone, the woman was even laughing because I was struggling opening the main door of the building with more than 3 codes to remember. Finally after almost 45 min by -20 °C, I could enter the building, only after I paid the extra 100$ and gave my id (which I wasn't confortable giving since you usually don't need one). They do that so that they can charge you afterwards. The queen size bed is actually a bumpy mattress laid on a couch, the most funny is that they call it a "Queen Size bed Luxe" (see photo). The sheets had a strong smell of perfume or some chemical frangrance that made it hard to breath. There is more, No possibility to lock the door from inside, only a code, the fridge was buzzing with 45db in the room (see photo) making it impossible to sleep even with custom earplugs. I had to unplug the fridge... No possiblity to open the windows to give the room a breathe. I am opening a complaint to booking but don't think it will succeed.

I didn’t get to stay here. It’s apparently an Air b and b property which I do not stay at. False advertising and after paying I was unable to access my room! I had to book alternate accomodation quickly once finding out this was not what I booked and being unable to access it or get help at the time. Don’t book this one!! I’m now out of pocket for the cost of the place also.

I was able to get checked in later than I wanted because my Air Canada flight was cancelled and I had to do a reschedule of my flights. I appreciate that the staff member worked with me to get checked in at about 8PM.

The location is very convenient and has access to function and beauty. It is ideal if you are on an extended trip and need use of a kitchen. Even though the nightly price listed is misleading, it was still a relatively affordable, central option for our needs.
