“Needs better maintenance.”
Cleanliness not maintained. Washing machine was covered in dust that looked like it had been there for months. Inside of fridge didn’t look very clean nor was it cleaned the whole time I was there. Outside garbage was overflowing and not picked up by the city as they will not pick it up if garbage is so stuffed that the lid will not close. Because I was there for 29 days I noticed things more I think. I wanted to move out after 10 days and complained to the owner after which it was cleaned but very little done after that. No I would not recommend this place.

“I would stay here again - great value”
Location - quiet neighbourhood, close to amenities and close to hospital. Kitchen was well-equipped.
