They told me they were all booked up and told me not to contact booking so they were can keep my money

Clean and location i needed

The location was good. Dinner was very good, friendly staff and good service.

It was great being able to enjoy the comedy show, which was hilarious, & seamlessly Segway to enjoying the casino and beverages and then just access our hotel room without leaving. A few hours after I left and had already arrived home I recieved a phone call that I'd left my jacket in the closet and the lady on the phone knew I'd probably miss if, so she held it at the desk for me until it can be picked up. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and generous. One of the vending machines on our floor (3rd) was acting up for one of the people I traveled there with. She went down to try another machine and it wouldn't work for her either. One security guard was able to get it to work with his $ and refused payment from her in exchange. Another vending machine didn't want to spit out another friends cc and we were able to find a security guard to help. They sourced out a pair of tweezers and scissors and successfully managed to retrieve her card! Upon check in a very lovely lady assisted me, got me into my room an hour and a half early with no hesitation. After explaining the hours of operation for everything, she let me know that if I wanted a later check out that I could simply call down and request it. The rooms were clean and well enough equipped.

“A good place for a night of entertainment.”

The room was clean and comfortable. The casino was as expected. Food and drink service was good and prices comparable to other facilities of the same caliber. Entertainment at Yuk Yuks was affordable and fun.
