Hotel is run down but clean, needs repairs to walls & doors. Free breakfast was good. Fridge in room was good. We had 4th floor corner room which was nice & bright. But there were Only paper or plastic cups in rooms, no glasses or wine glasses. The tub is very small/shallow...and water pressure for shower was very minimal. But overall good stay

The front desk customer service is not impressive when checking out. No pen or notepad inside the room for the guest. Incase the need arises.

The bed was comfy and the hotel is in very good location, easy access to the city from highway. The pool was good and clean. the room was clean and staff was very nice.

“Best hotel yet”
We always stay at this hotel any time we come to edmonton and it's always a hit! This time we wwre surprised with a jacuzzi suite (was a little bummed it was out of service for repairs) but it was still a cool experience to even see. We will definitely be back! The kids love the pool and the staff is always so friendly and willing to go above and beyond.
