“Awful smell”

The biggest issues were the beds. The sheets were washed, but a bad smell was leaking from the beds and pillows themselves. A smell of rotten cheese. It gets more potent if you sit down with some force, it starts hurting your throat. I had to take another shower in the morning but I smelled terrible from the bed. Other issues: the door handle of the bathroom was covered in some slimy substance on both sides. The air filter of the bathroom turns on automatically when you turn on the light, a strong smell of feces was coming from that filter, I had to shower using the light from my phone. The room is smaller than it looks on the picture, there were no glass cups to drink from. I'm sure the owner is aware of the smell, he leaves the windows of the room constantly open, if they stay closed for a few hours the room starts smelling. Honestly the room is a health hazard and needs to be investigated.

The location was great. The facilities were ok. If you travel to shop it is very good just to sleepover.

The staff was extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We liked the location because it was an easy walk (with the two kids) to the central area of the old city.

“Our Experience Was a Disaster: Dirty Sheets, Dusty Room, and Misleading Parking”

Our experience at this hotel was dreadful. I'm really surprised to see so many good reviews; it's so misleading. The sheets were definitely not clean, with dried food and other stains on them. We found numerous black hairs both over and under the sheets, which was odd since both my wife and I are blonde. It seemed like they gave us a room that hadn't been cleaned. I went downstairs to request new sheets, explaining that ours were dirty. The staff gave me new sheets, but they were also partially dirty, so I had to go down again to exchange them. The room was very dusty as well. The hotel's description advertised free parking, which turned out to be misleading as it referred to street parking. It was a very tight street. The street didn't seem secure, which made me worry about leaving my car there, especially since it was full of goods from our holiday. I chose this hotel specifically for the promised parking lot. The bed was uncomfortable, and we could feel the springs, waking us up several times during the night. The hotel description mentioned breakfast, but it was not included, nor was there an option to purchase it. If you want breakfast, this place won’t meet your expectations. The room was very small, not the one which is showing in the image of out booking. Imagine, arriving there after 8 hours of driving and get across all this "suprises". I am attaching photos showing the dirt on the sheets and the dust around the room. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It was the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had, full of problems.

We found accommodation quickly. The reception staff are very friendly and helped us park the car close to the accommodation. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The reception staff speak English, which is an added bonus. The street is quiet and perfect for resting after a long journey. And within a few minutes walk, you are in the city center.

A very pleasant stay. Comfortable and clean rooms, with air conditioning, spacious refrigerator with freezer section. Just a few minutes from the center. The receptionist was very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended. We will surely repeat!
