“Great hotel, but bit pricey”
Great location, easy to walk around and reach "downtown" Edgartown by bike, car or Uber. Enough options to have breakfast in the neighborhood. Super friendly staff, spacious, clean rooms, comfy beds and clean bathroom.

“A conveniently located property. Just 20 minute walk into Edgartown. Very nice modern clean spacious rooms.”
The location was good just a 20 minute walk into the town. It was right next door to the main supermarket. The bar was excellent. The reception team were really welcoming and full of useful information.

“Overall a good stay”
While there are no breakfast options in the hotel (no breakfast buffet, nor nearby restaurant that serves breakfast), there is a Stop & Shop grocery store just next door where you can pick up milk, juice and fruit to take back to your room. There is a mini-fridge and a microwave in the room as well as a small 1-cup at a time coffee machine (but it is not a Nespresso machine) that we had to ask about since it wasn't in the room when we arrived . The location was a pleasant 15 minute walk away to downtown Edgartown. We took a morning jog to the beach, so location for us was nice. The rooms are nicely decorated and the beds are comfortable although the noise from some kind of compressor kept waking us up. The man who received us at check in was very nice and helpful.
