The hotel is everything you need for a family trip. The pool is nice, the rooms are clean, the rooms have a fridge, and the breakfast is GREAT! They have full bottles on the wall of shower of shampoo/conditioner/body wash, so no worries if you forget to pack your own. Beds are comfy. The tvs are set up so you can log in to your own Netflix.

“I’m sure it was a fluke but very disappointing.”
Our room was not ready to use. The elevated was overheated when we got there but not that big a deal, we used the stairs. The problem was initially no trash can in the room at all. I went to front desk and they happily gave me theirs. Then we went to hand up clothes, but no hangers. Went down to the front desk again and they got me hangers from a room that was out of service. Then when it was time to go to sleep, the light blocking curtains were completely missing so we had the parking lot lights blasting in our window all night. To say the least, we did not get much sleep. I almost always stay at Marriott properties but this stay was the “satisfied” exception. Very disappointing.
