Overview
Situated 2 km from Echuca's CBA, this air-conditioned/heated apartment is fully self-contained and equipped with a kitchen, family friendly facilities and luxury linen. Pets are welcome, charges apply. The property offers free secure off-street parking for 3 cars, boat or caravan and a large backyard with outdoor setting. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, electric blankets, bedside tables, spare pillows, blankets and mattress protectors. There's an iron and ironing board, free toiletries, full length mirror and hairdryer. The 3-bedroom apartment has a lounge room, dining area, breakfast bar and two bathrooms with a bath and separate shower. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, stove top, Baccarat cookware, microwave, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, kettle, tea and coffee making facilities and basic pantry items. For entertainment there's free WiFi, a TV, Netflix, a DVD player, board games, outdoor games and an outdoor swing set. Bicycle hire (4 bikes) and a cot are available, charges apply.

The bathroom was freshly renovated and property in a quiet location with off street parking available. Only a few minutes drive from centre of town. The inside area for living / dining was spacious.

“Beautiful relaxing get away.”
It was the perfect location for us 3 girls who stayed, very close to the river, pubs, as well as Woolworths to buy all our groceries for the stay!

I do NOT recommend this place to stay!!! First they ask $500 security deposit 1 day before the trip. After the check out, I messaged the host about the refund and she didn’t reply me for 3 days, what made me feel nervous about the money. She could have answered my message being polite saying she needs more time to do it. Terrible communication!!!! Also she discounted $50 because I had a Guinea Pig with me in the cage. When talking about pets we think about cats and dogs, they loose hair I understand. But discounting $50 for a GUINEA PIG in her cage??? Without ANY dirty left??? Really……

Standard basic breakfast as described, had everything we needed and location was fantastic! Away from the hustle and bustle, nice and quiet but close enough to everything.

“Secure and Safe place with nice new bathroom.”
The main reason we stayed there was because it offered a secured fenced off area for our little dog, which was perfect. Good selection of teas and coffee. Eggs and two litres of milk left in fridge. Communication with the owner at time of staying there was good. Beds comfortable, quiet location. Great new bathroom and shower.
