We paid 64,000yen for 2 days and its probably worth it. The host waited for us and had relaxing jazz music playing on arrival. Its like a real house , with a fish tank, coffee grinder, different lamps, decorations, vinyl records and many chairs. House is well stocked and the only thing missing is a washing machine and clothes drying area. There's a nice outdoor sitting area and also a cool upstairs balcony. The garden is very English and is filled with many roses. Location is very near a supermarket. Echizen has many nice locations.

Nice garden and balcony to sit out with a drink. Convenient for food shops. Interesting decoration that reflects the owners personality. We only stayed one night as a stopover on our journey up the coast for which it was exactly what we needed.
