Surrounded by beautiful meadows and forests, the Windbachgut offers ideal conditions for a farm holiday close to nature. This organic farm, which operates all year, offers a very quiet and idyllic location away from the main roads, yet is only 3 km away from the A10 motorway. Here you will find a wide range of farm animals, and if you like, you can help with the owners with their farm chores (feeding the animals, baking bread, etc). There is a lounge with kitchen on the ground floor. A continental breakfast featuring self-baked bread, homemade marmalade and fresh milk and eggs, coming right out of the cow barn and hen house, are served there. The Windbachgut is located in the Amadé Sports World, known for its many sports options in every season. The nearest ski lift is only 3 km away, and the well-known, child-friendly Filzmoos ski area is 6 km away. Flachau and Zauchensee can be reached in a 15-minute drive. An extensive network of hiking trails starts right in front of the farm. Famous sights such as the Liechtenstein Gorge, Hohenwerfen Castle, the Eisriesenwelt (ice caves) and the Dachstein mountain, as well as the city of Salzburg (60 km away) can be reached in a short drive.
