“Booking.com has the wrong address: it states demark street instead od deNmark street. This costed me 1 hour extra drivin”

“First confirmed the reservation, and when I arrived, it was already overbooked.”
They accepted the reservation and even answered my communication of my arrival at 7PM. As I arrived there, the lady at the desk just said to me that they didn't have any more space for me because they overbooked and I had to search for another hotel. She even told me I should cancel the reservation (so I would be in the wrong and pay anyway because canceling so late means that)
