The place hidden in the mountains and the trees, peaceful and quiet with owl sounds at the evenings. Very good contact with the owner. Jon and his family were so kind and helpful. Apartment was very nice and equipped with everything we needed. Close to the beach and lovely villages. Totally recommend.

Location of the rural house is perfect for all who want to relax and spend some time time in quiet, forestry and mountain area. For us it was the perfect place.

Host Jon and wife Nina were super friendly and welcoming. Jon supplied excellent instructions for finding the house which is out in the countryside but within easy reach of the beaches and Guernika. Jon gave us loads of information about the local area, places to visit and most importantly restaurants to eat in! The accommodation was well done, clean and well equipped. Spacious private terrace over looking the garden orchard,comfy sofa and large fridge were good to have and a lovely bathroom with shower

Great location, quiet and in the middle of the nature but yet not far from all the highlights in the area. The apartment is very well equipped, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. And Jon loves his region, he shared a lot of great tips with us. That made our stay even nicer.

We stayed 5 days in the studio. It was perfect. Quality bedding. Good and stylish furtniture. A great terrace. A very secluded area with enough parkingspace. No neighbours. Silence. And near the places to visit in this area. And ofcourse the owners who will do their upmost effort to make you comfortable and explain the places to see.

I liked everything about this place, the house, the view outside and the cleanliness. Renting this house we found the perfect mix, peace between the big trees and close to a popular town to spend our time. Jon and his wife are friendly, they helped us to choose the places to visit. What a friendly and hospitable hosts. It's been a while since I last met a Host who really shines in his role. We felt at home right from the first day we met. They should be hired by Basque Country as representative. Thanks for the travel tips Jon! Also enjoyed the very specious terras, partly covered by overhanging roof, parkingplace right next to the entrance. Great surroundings, 15min to exceptional beach.
