Room given to someone else with higher price, we booked online with booking.com and when we reach there they said we don’t have booking of your name. Staff was so rude and not helpful at all. We were searching another property at night 1 am with small kids. Luckily we found another place but we have to pay double price. If you planning to stay with this hotel then be alert don’t go there. You will regret.

“Dirty Room, Location next to Slum”
We were charged 10k owing to Christmas surge pricing, Rooms were Dirty with used bedsheets, extremely dirty toilet and not even a kettle to warm water. We were given water the next day. The location is next to the slum area.

“FOR AVERAGE STAY”
From inside the hotel was good. The rooms were spacious. All the staff were very good, pleasant and helpful. Especially Mr. Pawan Kumar in the reception was very good. There is a spacious Restaurant in the ground floor serving Punjabi & Chinese cuisine. The food quality was also good. The House keeping & Room service personnel very good. Enough parking space is available. The sea view from my room was very good.
