“Good hostel, very bad management!”

After 3 failed intents hostel provided the really booked room!!

“Management dishonest and horrible guidelines for staff!”

For third time the same history: If I would like to occupy the booked room, I would have to pay additional amount!! Instead of booked room they provided room with bunk beds! Compare pictures. At night there was a problem with electricity: No water and air condition at old part of the hostel for undefined time. I asked for another room in the new part of the same hostel, because there was everything okay, but front desk man denied! Only with additional payment... After approximately 2 hours problem was resolved.

I arrived at night, but in the morning I had to change my room to another with bunk beds. The room they offered was occupied (supposedly), or I would have to pay an additional amount! I asked for cleaning the bathroom, but nobody seemed willing to do.

“We were pleasantly surprised !”

We came very late in the morning and Hamza was very kind to receive us and show us around. The room was a surprise - clean, very new with a perfect shower and a techie mirror - :) The location was near the Asian express terminal where we could find the exchange office and got a bus -" mashrutka" downtown. We enjoyed our stay there for sure - thank you !

The room is big and clean and well furnished We could park the car inside Access to kitchen Location is good, a bit far from city center but you can walk or take taxis easily

I booked double room for myself after dorms were horribly noisy. Even some staff crazy noisy. Located near bus stn but not conveniently close to centre.Certainly not ideal & owners had v limited English but appreciated use of laundry facilities.

I like the bathroom tools. And the bed and there was two mirrors in the room and bathroom. I liked it. The light style was gorgeous I spend time looking at it. They helped with my luggage i appreciate it
