The surprise to find that this was not just a hotel with a "restaurant gastronomic" more of a Michelin two star restaurant with a hotel on the side! It has to be said though the attention to detail in every respect of the room was amazing, which is what booking.com is all about. The restaurant as a separate subject was at about £170 per head just for the multi course set seasonal menu of the day, spot on for UK prices and totally mind blowing.

Loved the quality of the room it was so well soundproofed as the hotel is situated on a main road but you can’t hear any traffic The restaurant was unbelievable!! Worth the experience

“Fobulous”
The whole experience from arrival to departure, including breakfast, lunch and dinner was amazing. We cannot recommend the hotel, and in particular the restaurant too highly.

“Perfect stopover for an epicurean”
Very comfortable room with excellent and friendly staff. The meal in the evening was superb as befits a Michelin starred restaurant. Breakfast the next morning was also very good. I can highly recommend and hope to return.

Flavours of each single dish prepared by Chef Xavier and his team are just superbe!!! What started as a few hours rest between 2 car rides, ended up with an experience and an address that we will never forget! Special thank to Stephane and the guest service team for an amazing stay!
