“Decent choice”

As a unit, the place works well. The accommodation is pretty well laid out, with a little seating out front or out back (could be too hot to sit out there). There is what you need, the staff are really friendly, and there’s a supermarket really close, which will keep you supplied (the prices are decent). The pool area is really nice, always a chaise longue for you, towels, and a beer at the bar if you choose. Lots of places to eat round about (the nearest place, a pizzeria, was particularly good).

“A quiet and relaxing place to have a holiday”

The residence was really nice, and especially Pauline in the bar took good care of the place, the guests, and the pool. I have chlorine allergy, but could actially bade there. Very good air conditioning and short way to the beach. Pauline helps with everything you need, and the residence is a very cozy and personal place to stay. Rarely to crowded in the pool.

Tea Residence was our best leisure destination in Albania. We were a family of 5 and a little 3 months baby and our stay was way better than excpected. The staff is very friendly, Apartments are big and cosy, and Tea is very helpful amd polite, also the beach bar boy. We will come back again. Very very pleased with our stay

Friendly and helpful staff,especially 2 ladies who clean the rooms. The swimming pool is perfect for family with children. Comfortable sun lounger/bed , especially double rocking lounger! Provided clean towels for swimming pool. Clean and spacious villas/apartments with balconies. 5 min walk to the beach. 5 min walk to local shop.

Someone with the name Jessica met us with the keys..her English was good,she was friendly. The day after however, we had a complaint, but the lady there did not speak English and did not understand us. They provide pool towels and the beds by the pool are lovely and with shade. The walk to the beach and all the restaurants is short.

Location is a quite place and good

Very nice and quiet place. The private pool is a plus, also there are 3-4 nice beaches at walking distance. Tea, the owner, very nice, we arrivered late in the night and the guard expected us for check-in.

The Tea Residence provided the perfect setting for my vacation. Having visited Albania several times, I can confidently say that this experience surpassed all others in terms of accommodation, breathtaking views, serene surroundings, and exceptionally kind staff. The icing on the cake was the swimming pool. Overall, I wholeheartedly give it a 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟rating.

We arrived earlier than check in time and our room was ready. The villa was fairly modern and comfortable. The pool was great for our family and having pool towels provided was an added bonus as saved luggage space. Comfortable and modern sun loungers. Really easy going atmosphere and great location next to the beach and not too far from the airport for only a short trip. Really good price for what you get. Really liked being able to access YouTube on the tv for the kids to watch
