New hotel, near the city center. Kind staff, excellent breakfast. They arranged taxi for us at a very good price level. Room is modern.

Located in the town, high street. A very short walk from the Bus station (Bus from Tirana Airport). Short walk from the sight seeing sites. And 30 minutes brisk walk to Duress Beach. Hotel itself was simply all you would ever want.

Good location, Welcoming Staff

The biggest issue with this hotel is safety. My room door did not close properly, and on two separate occasions I returned to find it left open by staff. As a solo traveler, this left me feeling extremely uneasy, wondering if someone might walk in or take my belongings. When I raised the problem, the manager dismissed it, saying it wasn’t a big deal because there are cameras. But cameras don’t stop someone from entering my room — especially since the hotel is located above a mall, and the guest floors are accessible to anyone via the general elevator. This response made me feel even more unsafe. It’s a shame, because there are positives here. The location in the city center is convenient, and I enjoyed having spa access. Even though the hammam wasn’t working, I had a massage which was very good. However, service was disappointing: when I reported the door issue, reception promised to call me back in five minutes after speaking to the manager. Nobody ever called. After waiting twenty minutes, I went downstairs and found the receptionist chatting at the bar with colleagues while I was left in distress. The hotel also suffers from poor finishing for a brand-new property: the bathroom door handle came loose, which made me worry about being locked inside, on top of my main door not closing properly. Food was inconsistent — the tagliatelle Bolognese from room service was fine, but the burger I ordered another night was completely burnt and inedible. Overall, while the spa was nice, the lack of security, dismissive management, and poor attention to detail made my stay uncomfortable. Guests should know that despite the central location, you may not feel truly at ease here
