“I was cheated out of my room.”
They phone’s didn’t work and they didn’t lend you irons’s they give different reasons to why. Their Spa was closed. I was given a room and later realized that I was cheated. I met some girls and they invited me to their room on my last night. It was there I saw that I didn’t in fact get my deluxe double room. If I didn’t meet the girls I would’ve never known. I also traveled solo so I think they took advantage of that.

The family room was huge, clean and nice. Location was good. Nearby restaurant, AVRA, was amazing! (Not part of hotel and a bit pricey but wonderful food and staff)

They gave us one key for our room for a family of 4. If you lose the key they charge you 25€. Moreover they do not towels for the pool for free. If you need some you have to buy it.

The only good thing was the Italian restaurant. The food was pretty good and the staff was also very polite and nice. Also the room was spacious and clean.
