“Never agree anything on telephone!!! Be clear and get things in writing.”
I explicitly requested for parking at the time of booking. I reached with a delay as I travelled 300km to this place. The staff called and told me that the key can be taken from the key dispenser box using a code. I agreed . When asked about parking they mentioned I can park outside the hotel until 09:30. I followed as there was another car right in front of the hotel. Later the next morning I got a ticket of €25. When I asked the hotel, they passed the blame on me saying they didn’t mean that way/ this way and so on. Passing the buck is not a good sign of a professional team.

“Excellent hotel near to the city center”
Staff is very helpful. My room was spacious with a very good bed and nice furniture. Well insulated and outdoor soundproof. Breakfast is simple and good and tasty. The parking is a good feature. Location is excellent.

I stayed for one night at TRIP INN PostHotel Düren. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, offering a good night’s rest. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection with fresh options, and the location was convenient.

“OK hotel, nice enough town.”
Room was fine, staff were fine.Location was ok. Further than I thought from the station, but not really far. Reason I said I wouldn't stay again is that I am unlikely to visit Duren again. Breakfast was excellent. Town centre with Christmas market was really nice though.
