Very comfortable beds, and my son and I felt really rested and relaxed in the morning. The instructors and communication are absolutely fabulous. Definitely would stay again.

“Great apartment close to Cologne”
Clean and tidy apartment. Basic facilities but adequate for a 2 night stay. Handy parking at the rear. Close to the station to get into Cologne. Excellent communication and easy check-in. Would recommend this property.

Short stay while visiting family. Spacious quiet apartment with everything you need to ensure a comfortable stay. Easy communication with host. Great parking behind the accommodation. Short walk to town centre and train station.

Actually, things were in place and support staff was very helpfull. The only problem we had and that was related to heating system. I mean heaters were closed and even during bath we were getting cold water.

“Outstanding Stay – Clean, Quiet, Central, and Well-Heated”
I had an amazing stay! The place was very clean, incredibly quiet, and perfectly located in the city center. The heating was excellent, making my stay even more comfortable. I stayed for nearly a month in three different Swan flats, and each one was outstanding in its own way. Swan4 was particularly exceptional. Highly recommended!

“Great stay for just a couple of days”
Really good location. The first day everything was super clean. The kitchen is well equipped, it has everything you need to cook. The bathroom was big enough, Wi-Fi connection was decent, and the heaters were working properly to keep all the apartment warm during cold nights.

Nice, large, light and modern apartment. It was well-equipped and pleasant. The location was convenient, with restaurants, stores, and services all within walking distance. Having a parking lot at the back of the building is a bonus!!(Not always with available parking, though). Communication was good and up to date, but there was none in English.

Spacious apartment, good location, parking nearby. Enough amenities for a short stay, heating, nice dining corner.
