“OK for a quick rest stop”
Ample parking, king room big enough to swing a cat or play baseball. Is popular with tradesmen working away from home - you absolutely know there won't be any trouble when you see blue collar dudes patrolling the car parks on the phone with their wives, good work fellas, we appreciate you 👍

“SUCKED!!!”
The facilities are falling down. Owner needs to improve the pool area especially. Homeless are allowed to stay in the lobby and eat breakfast with the customers.

“The property charged my credit card twice and I still can’t get my money back after 3 months.”
I made a non-refundable reservation. Hence I was immediately charged. However, after I checked out, the property charged me again. After that the property has ignored all requests of refund. Also booking.com wasn’t really able to solve the situation so far.

Great breakfast, good location. Access was hindered due to some street work north of the hotel but that's beyond their control. Was concerned about the negative reviews but we had no issues. Suspect a disgruntled ex-employee.
