“Nice but smaller than average room, thin floors.”
Nice outlook on the balcony and over the river. Decor: Modern, well-thought-out and functional room. Desk & electrical sockets: Good desk space with international socket, space for multiple USB charger ports. In-room safe: Yes, a quirky safe in the floor of the wardrobe. Breakfast: Good American-style buffet with choices of cereal, hot food, waffles or muffins, yoghurt, fruit and brewed coffee with slightly improved choices than some other hotels.

“Great location, a spacious and comfortable room overlooking the Animas River”
We spent an enjoyable 5 nights at the hotel in late May. We received a very warm welcome on our arrival from Cheryl at the front desk who was helpful throughout our stay, as were other front desk staff. Spacious room (#224) with comfortable beds and pillows. Our room was overlooking the Animas River and had a narrow balcony with a chair at each end. Plenty of car park space. Complimentary breakfast available including some hot food options. Ideally located as a short walk from Main Avenue in Downtown Durango for bars and restaurants and a Natural Food shop/beer and wine outlet adjacent, with Walgreens and a large Supermarket over the road

“5 night stay in Durango”
The river view room was fantastic - big, spacious & peaceful due to the serenity of the river view. Check in and check out was smooth. Breakfast was basic and sufficient. Free coffee round the clock in the lobby was appreciated. Location is perfect - by the Animas river trail, opposite a huge convenience store and a quick 5 min walk to main street of Durango. Hotel had an underground parking which was a bonus.

“Perfect in every way”

“Beautiful hotel in the centre in a great location”
Excellent hotel, nicely finished and spotlessly clean. Excellent facilities and everything you could possibly need for an overnight stay or longer. Breakfast was plentiful with grab bags available for a takeaway.
