“Fleecing the tourist, stay elsewhere when visiting Durango”
Placed extra unknown charge to booking.com fee already paid amount. Staff said it would be refunded never was. Suspect took advantage of foreign visitor status. Certainly not found this before with booking.com reservations. I only discovered it on my credit card app by accident.

The staff were very friendly, the beds were comfortable and the hotel was located within a short walking distance to Main Street dining, shopping and activities!

The parking situation was cramped with some large commercial trucks and trailers using many spaces. Was a little concerned about potential security risks of parking so far away.
