Unbelievable value. Do not be put off by the one star rating. About a 50 min ride by bus into Bilbao (3.40 euro)

“No communication, moved to an outdated hotel with no notice. Poor service all round.”

Without any prior warning and without emails we tried to enter the hotel. No one helped, the entrance machine failed to call anyone to help. Only a text through booking brought someone who told us we had to go to another hotel which was dated with rooms in poor condition. We were annoyed with the total lack of communication and being transferred to a poorer quality room.

Good hotel, self check in and self check out. It seems as the AC only works during the evening but not during the day. Location is ok, the hotel has a restaurant next to the hotel which is open till late. Might be handy to bring a sleep mask

This hotel is perfect. Room size is just what you need and the location is great if you are visiting Durango for a couple of days. You have the city center just 10min from there, and a nice bar in the corner. Highly recommended;)

Hotel ocamino had a good position in a modern block directly linked to a great bar/restaurant just a short 10 minute walk from the historic centre with all its bars and shops. On street parking was not difficult to find. The room was nice and clean with a good shower. It had electric black out shutters and window. The towels where changed every day of my day,

Very clean and comfortable room. Bar does a very good breakfast.

“Excellent, brand new and clean”

Everything is very clean and new, apparently the hotel gas been renovated recently. I was happy to find the bad reviews outdated and not relevant anymore. The Hotel and the Restaurant Team is fantastic, very helpful and friendly. Location is good. All in all it is a very good value for money.
