My family had the pleasure of staying at Crowne Plaza Duqm twice within the same week, and both stays exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel offers spacious and immaculately clean rooms, a stylish design, a relaxing atmosphere, and a wonderful breakfast selection each morning. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. A special thank you to Ms. Priyanka from the Front Office team. Her warmth, professionalism, and generosity made our stay even more memorable when she kindly upgraded our family to a beautiful sea-view room. We truly appreciated her exceptional hospitality. I would also like to recognize Ms. Shanti from the restaurant team, who went above and beyond to assist us and thoughtfully arranged a discount for the dinner buffet. Her dedication to guest satisfaction did not go unnoticed. The biggest shout-out goes to Chef Banda, who showed extraordinary kindness to our little one by preparing a special pizza and serving fresh grapes exclusively for our baby. Such thoughtful gestures create unforgettable family memories and reflect the genuine care that defines true hospitality. The professionalism, kindness, and dedication demonstrated by the entire team made our stay truly outstanding. “Perfect place for a getaway for few days”

If you are looking for a getaway to relax then this is the place to be as the place is peaceful and not much people around. Amazing location with beach front view. Nice and comfortable rooms with a coffee shop and a restaurant. my kids and family loved the experience staying here. Also the chef at the souq restaurant took good care of us while dining there.

We spent two nine consecutive nights at this hotel. Though it doesn’t offer much in terms of luxury, which presumably is the whole point since it’s surrounded by oil/gas companies, yet it still is a heaven for locals and visitors alike as there is hardly any alternative for hundreds of miles. Staff couldn’t be more courteous or helpful. I even got an upgrade for the second stay, which was rather thoughtful.

“Very pleasant stay”

Great place to stay at when you’re in Duqm or traveling through. Service was very good, the staff was very friendly and attentive. We had a room with a private balcony that we could’ve enjoyed the sunrise from (if we had managed to get up on time ;)).

Comfort bed.

The staff at the hotel are wonderful. They really went out of their way to ensure our stay was amazing.We had a wonderful view of the pool,garden and sea.The food was top notch. If you are staying in Duqm, I highly recommend Crowne Plaza.

“Perfect hotel to rest before heading to Salalah”

On our way from Wadi Bani to Salalah we stopped at Duqm for 2 nights in Crowne Plaza. Luxury hotel that is not to busy. Breakfast and diner are perfect. All we needed to recharge for the long drive to Salalah.

The location and staff are very welcome, starting from the reception team to the restaurant team.

Very friendly staff. We loved the buffet.

Check in took a while. After that, at the Reception they told us that the breakfast was not included when it was. I had to show the reservation on Booking cause apparently was a lack of trust. At 3.14 AM alarm fire went on in the room and I couldn’t basically sleep. At breakfast I kindly ask the chef Inoka to provide scrambled egg to cook. Answer was a categorical NO cause they were already Prepared. I ask that because I don’t eat the red but he insisted. I would prefer to not leave any comment.
