This is a superb location and property that was WELL ABOVE expectations - its much larger than the photos make out with everything you need to make a great beach holiday or as we did a stop in order to explore the British and Allied War Memorials for evacuation of the Allies at Dunkirk.

A charming place by the beach - easy to walk barefoot for a swim (and a nice not too long a walk to the centre of Dunkirk). The kitchen is well equipped, the dining table a highlight, the bigger bedroom cozy also for hanging with a book, the entertainment "cave" a nice extra. Bed linen, towels and soaps are provided. We also found a welcoming gift, which was a nice touch. All in all a quirky, interesting and comfortable apartment where we spent a very enjoyable week. Some neutral remarks: - The building (and the general area) has a rather brutalist architecture but there are some belle epoque streets not far. So something for all tastes. - Depending on how full the parking lot is, there is (or not) a sea view for the breakfast coffee. - Depending on neighbors upstairs, the apartment may be loud. - The only way to air the apartment is by opening the entrance door, but the vents seem to air it pretty well. - The beds are a bit hard.

“Perfect beachside home from home”
This is a beautiful home. It is directly by the beach and our whole family loved it. You can park for free (with patience as it's busy). Everything you need is provided except for towels (unless we just didn't see them). It felt safe and clean. There is Disney plus etc if needed and beach toys to use. They left nice things in the fridge for us and communication was excellent which reassured us that our arrival would be fine. The twin room is very lovely for children and our boys were thrilled with it. The shower and kitchen were great too. We wished we were able to stay longer. Loads of great bakeries nearby and a nice night time area on the beach with food places etc but not noisy. There is a play area on the beach and some nice places to walk to.
