The apartment was extremely dirty. The bed linen was worn out, with holes, and the pillows smelled strongly of cigarettes and weed. No warning was given, and the place was clearly not cleaned properly. Previous guests stayed with animals. I have an allergy, and this caused serious discomfort and health issues during my stay. I stayed in December. The heating kept turning off, and the bedroom lighting did not work at all. Messages about these problems were ignored by the owners. The furniture is in very poor condition and barely holds together. This is not criticism for the sake of it, but a request to provide a basic level of service: replace the bedding and pillows and do a proper deep cleaning. Constant noise from neighbors and strong cooking smells made the stay even worse.
