Quiet residential location, not to far from a drive to a couple of pubs and a takeaway. Sharyn was very friendly and helpful, especially as only half hour notice of us turning up. Simple but excellent breakfast of cereal and toast.

“Home from home”
Lovely comfortable rooms with everything we could want. Continental Breakfast was all in the kitchenette so we could suit ourselves timewise.Sharyn was a lovely host

The warm welcome (and all the facilities, including microwave, kettle/jug, fridge etc) was excellent. Very quiet location. A very comfortable and warm room and a perfect base for exploring Dunedin, St Clair and other great locations nearby.

“A wonderful, friendly, warm B&B”
Sharyn's attention to detail, service, and friendliness was excellent. The location was quiet and very convenient for Dunedin itself. The breakfast items were fantastic. Great room and very comfortable bed, and great amenities included, such as the use of an Apple computer, kettle/jug, and a microwave.

“Very friendly accommodating hosts a typical Kiwi B&B experience with down to earth real people.”
Continental breakfast was very good a nice touch was the homemade stewed apple. Host was very accommodating making sure the room was nice and warm each evening. Treadmill & stationary cycle available to burn off any excess energy if you need to. Lovely quiet setting in the hills of Dunedin with nice out door area and garden. Good shower & bathroom and very comfortable bed.
