The b&b is at a beauty spot only 6 km from the center of Dunedin and overlooking St.Claire‘s Bay. The hosts are lovely people, openminded and very helpful with their knowledge of the area. Besonders the bedroom you have a living room for relaxing for yourself. Simply Perfect!

“Amazing experience”
The hosts Periena and Don are very friendly and experienced in looking after guests and the Airbnb. They know the place well and provide wonderful tips on Cafe and restaurant choices. The sea view from the window is amazing. Very easy to access the beautiful beach and eateries. Love the friendly dog, Shelby. Have already recommended it to my friends.

“Excellent stay with the most welcoming hosts that we could have asked for as it was our first B&B”
The breakfast was really amazing. Loved the attention to detail and especially the coffee! Location was beautiful and wonderful to wake up to the sunrise each morning. Our lovely hosts, Pereina and Don were so hospitable, it was hard to leave. And of course, Shelby was adorable and very friendly.

Beautiful view of the beach from the bedroom window. Bus stop across the road. Comfy bed. Don and Periena where very welcoming and helpful. Shelby the poodle is gorgeous.

Our hosts were super friendly and were full of helpful hints re Dunedin and the Otage Peninsula. The continental breakfast was very substantive and beautifully presented. The location for the purpose of our visit was perfect......We got to see the Aurora Australis from our bedroom window!!! I only hope Rosemount is available for the next time we visit Dunedin!!

“Wonderful stay at Rosemount B&B by the sea”
Friendly and helpful. Views were wonderful and one could watch the morning sunrise from the comfort of the house. Enjoy the views of the waves sweeping the beach and rocks all day long. Good for exploring the Otago peninsula. Convenient drive to the Esplanade for the various restaurants and pubs. Highly recommended if you enjoy a unique traditional bed and breakfast style stay.
