“Perfect for anyone wanting a tranquil city break.”
The attention to detail is sublime in this beautiful B&B accommodation. Set amongst gardens crafted by the hosts Mary & Patrick, the roses were still blooming and the song of the Tui birds made for a gentle start to the day. Breakfast was outstanding and beautifully presented. It was the restful haven we needed for a couple of days in Dunedin.

“An exceptional 2 nights stay”
Everything... The lovely house, our plush comfortable beds, the stunning garden that Im sure would look phenomenal in spring, the eclectic collections in the room we are in ie loved the unique Terracotta army chess set, the scrumptious breakfasts that we missed already, the beautiiful dining area overlooking the garden and the warm welcoming hospitality of our hosts, the vibrant Mary & charming Pat. Place is a gem & location is perfect for exploring the otago peninsula. Thank you for making our stay an exceptionally memorable one amongst the many lodgings we stayed in the course of our 2 weeks road trip to the South Island

“Would not recommend this property, should cost half of amount charged”
Host not aware we were coming... not a great start. Then quite happy to take seriously high rate for poor value on offer ($300/night) for basement room...

“Delightful.”
Scrumcious breakfast. Beautiful garden with lots of little niches. Room very comfortable and private with practical tea/Coffee making facilities. Short Walk to restaurant and vist turs.

The garden is absolutely stunning ! such a beautiful and well looked after property, so calming and gorgeous. the hosts were phenomenal, so welcoming and helpful, we miss them already ! we will definitely be back :)

“Great hosts, nice location”
The room was very nice, good grounds to explore. Hosts were excellent. They couldn't have done more to make our stay special, even invited us to join their Christmas Dinner, which was just perfect. Would highly recommend great stay, great hosts, great breakfast, would love to go back.
