Great location, easy walking to the center of town and Esplanade. Room was clean, good shower. The budget room was small, but I only slept here. Comfy bed. Staff were cheerful.

“Recommend”
It was conveniently located right across from motorbike hire easy to get to main street and boulevard also the vegan restaurant on the roof was amazing and I'm not vegan.

“Great value for money”
Nice tidy room with good facilities. Good food in the resturant, but a bit pricy. However the price of staying offset that being very reasonably priced. It's only a 10 minute walk to the why not inn on the bolavarde which sells without doubt the best pizza in the world!

“Easy and chilled”
Great location, very friendly staff as everywhere in the Philippines! There is an open top roof and a vegan restaurant open for lunch and dinner which is not a part of the hotel but i recommend eating there, very tasty food , a gem in the place where vegetarian options are rare

No water for first half of the first day due to building work Vegan restaurant…. No lift so had to carry a heavy suitcase up 2 flights of stairs

“I like it, reception and everyone that works here are great helpful and friendly”
The property is great, rooms are great, ( small, big enough to have my bags out and still be able to walk around comfortably ) bed is very comfortable, pillows are fantastic, bathroom is a bathroom. Water is hot. Air-conditioning is cold.
