Amazing house, good location and unbelievably well priced

A place to stay if you’re planning on staying a day or two. It’s about 15 min walk to the boulevard and the same with a tricycle to the airport. The room that I was staying in was very clean, had an ac, the bed was comfortable and has a shared balcony. Nikko who is the host is a nice and warm person, he helps you out with all the questions and request that you have.

You have two floors upstairs. One is a living room space with a good tv, kitchen area and fridge. The other are the rooms. There was lots available to you indoors if you wanted and the host (Nikko) was very helpful and polite. We stayed for 2 nights before heading to Siquijor and really enjoyed our stay 🫶🏽 We would recommend travelling to Sans Rival for food as it’s reasonably priced and food amazing (especially the pasta plates)

Nikko the guys who’s in charge of making sure you are comfortable is lovely. Good location, close to te port if you need it, lovely familiar house. Very clean, super comfy bed and pillows.

“Nice place to stay in dumaguete”

Very nice homestay. We were unfortunately here only for one night so we did not get to talk too much to the family but they were very nice. Rooms are upstairs and there is a nice ceiling fan and AC and a terasse. On the first floor there is a kitchen and living room that you can use.

I had a really good stay here. The location is excellent – just a short stroll to the university area, the seafront, and very convenient for the port when heading to Siquijor. The whole property is spotless and well kept, and the bed was super comfortable. Staff welcoming and friendly. As a solo traveller felt very safe. Would happily stay again.

We love our hosts, Nikko, Lyca, and Sandra. The place is spotlessly clean. The apartment is very close to the pier, and transport is easily accessible if one would like to wander around the city. We had the great experience of being toured patiently, and it must be the longest tour because we left at 8 am. and didn't get back home till 8pm. Nikko was very accommodating and patient with our requests. He is also very knowledgeable in his field, and may we say a great driver. We will definitely choose this place next time we plan to visit Dumaguete. Thank you so much guys. From Laarni and Dave

Very friendly hosts, helped with all of our questions, walking distance to the Pier. Very comfy bed and nice bathroom. Shared balcony. Really clean!
