The property is dated and was told in new hands being updated. But it was exceptionally clean and great value for money.

“Unhelpful”
The room was cold and staff not very helpful. Made a request to change dates after realising a mistake (booked 2026 rather than 2025) and the staff declined.

“Forget-able”
Didn’t like the check in procedure the pin wouldn’t work and we had to call for assistance. My son was given several PIN numbers before we were able to get in. Where we had to check in was dark and dingy looking if my son wasn’t there I would not have been able to do the check myself. The whole place was soul less until we were leaving we had only seen 1other person in there. The shower curtain looked like it could have been my grandmothers and I’m nearly 70. The radiator in the bathroom was so hot you had to be careful not to burn yourself due to the size of the room.

We were there cause it was close to our wedding location. After our wedding we asked if we can stay one hour longer (12 instead 11 - check out). The lady on the phone was extremely rude and said no. With all due respect, after our wedding we needed a bit more time, and I don’t think a hotel in Dülmen was fully booked. She was extremely rude and had no understanding. Definitely no soft skills there. Then when we were going out of the room she was in front of our door and if looks could kill I would be dead. No hello no goodbye nothing. The lady on the reception with the black hairs was super nice and lovely tho.
