“Loved the little English cottage”
Beautiful surroundings. The property was very close to town and the kids were able to rent bicycles and we walked where we needed to go. It was fully furnished and the gas fireplaces broke the chill in the air.

The cottage was amazing and all staff were welcoming and friendly. Meals at the restaurant were really good. I will definately stay again.

“Will not book the Managers Cottage again.”
Cottage was not near the pool as seen on the photos - very misleading. No toaster for breakfast, no fan for the heat, no actual curtains to keep light out in the loft, smaller downstairs than seen on photos, cottage is right next to entrance gate so continuously heard vehicles coming and going, found rat droppings in one of the double beds. Not worth the money spent for 2 nights, however there was enough cutlery and crockery, pots and pans etc. TV/DSTV was a nice to have.
